"Philosophy of Wine"The philosophy behind the carefully crafted wine list at the Jupiter Island Grill is simple. The management and bar staff dedicate a considerable amount of time and effort in reviewing and sampling wines from different wine growing regions all over the world. The result is a well diversified wine list that represents most major areas of wine production. We not only want to provide our guests the opportunity of choosing from many varieties of wines at the best value possible, we also give serious consideration to how each wine complements the outstanding food that our highly talented chef prepares for our guests each and every night. Chef Michael Rolchigo spends a good portion of every day carefully composing the nightly specials to conform to his highly developed philosophy of food. It is essential that we have such a carefully contrived wine list available by either glass or bottle to pair with his unique creations. Because what would a succulent piece of grouper be without a nice glass of sauvignon blanc? For these reasons, each special on our menu is accompanied by a suggested wine to complement the entrée.
