ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Michael Joseph Rolchigo graduate of the Prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York, with degrees in Culinary and Pastry Arts, grew up in a large Italian family and his fondest memories are cooking with his grandmother at a young age. His grandmother’s flare for cooking was passed on to Chef Mike and he has established a reputation for creating the amazing dishes we serve at The Jupiter Island Grill. We are confident you will find only the freshest fish and the highest grade meats on our menu. We welcome your thoughts and hope your entire dining experience with us proves to be as sensational as Chef Mike’s food.
